Spring 2026 Poker Run
Cash Prizes were awarded for best hand, as well as a Dead Man cash bonus for the rider who had the best Genuine Deadman’s Hand of Aces & Eights!
Based on previous feedback this year’s course is:
• More aggressively marked and physically verified
• Has .GPX files emailed to all participants
• Has ON-X and Ride Command files online.
• Roughly 70 miles and includes a Turn Out that bypassed one card stop, gives riders a replacement card, and shortcuts on course back to base camp in time to arrive for the drawings and awards

Event Description
The 2026 Yerington “Deadman’s Hand “ Poker Run
Weed Heights, Nevada
Starts at 9am on Saturday April 18th, 2026.
$65 per vehicle entry fee, includes:
Participation in the event
Qty. 1 raffle ticket
Qty. 1 poker hand – (Additional Poker hands can be purchased in person for $20 at sign in)
Qty. 1 PNMTA 2026 membership
April 18th Schedule
8:00am: Sign-ins Open
8:45am: Pre-run Brief
9:00am: Poker Run Starts
2:30pm: Course Closes
3:00pm: Awards and Raffle
Open to all OHV and other vehicles with moderate clearance.
Four Wheel Drive is encouraged.
