PNMTA Clean Up – Poker Run – Fun Run – Education & Outreach Events Waiver

By participating in any of our events, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Pine Nut Mountains Trails Association, Yearington Chamber of Commerce, Nevada Offroad Association, Their Officers, Members, Volunteer Participants, vendors or suppliers, as well as the land owners including those at the Federal, State, County, and Town Governmental levels, from any litigious action initiated on your part or your behalf, further it is your specific desire that any of your family members or others with an interest in your wellbeing not pursue any recourse against the above mentioned persons or organizations, should you not be able to speak for yourself. Should I elect to initiate action against the above-listed groups or associated individuals, I agree to be responsible for their legal fees irrespective of any judgement. In Layman’s Terms, you accept full responsibility for your actions.

You will be required to sign our Event Waiver prior to participating in any of our events. Any and all additional participants in your party must also agree and sign our Event Waiver prior to particpating in our events.

Changes to this Event Waiver

This Event Waiver was last modified on 03/01/2024. Nevada Offroad Association may revise the contents and conditions of participation from time to time. If we decide to change our Event Waiver conditions, we will post those changes to this Event Waiver page so that you are aware. We reserve the right to modify this Event Waiver at any time, so please review it prior to participating in each event. Any and all additional participants in your party must also agree and sign our Event Waiver prior to particpating in our events.
